Nasal snuff, in general, is a smokeless tobacco product that has been flavored and ground into a fine powder. To use it, you take a small pinch and sniff it lightly thru the nostrils. The amount of power used to sniff is the same that you would use to smell a flower. You only want the snuff to enter the nose and stay in the front part, not into the sinus cavities.
